Got some interesting stuff today. First I have historian Andrew Roberts' in an article that tries to explain why there was an 2 day delay between Hitler's invasion of Poland and the allies declaration of war. And I have many radio broadcasts.

Fascinating. Whether intentional or not, Mussolini muddied the waters over offering talks after the invasion of Poland commenced. The Brits hesitated declaring war as a result. The Poles grew hopeful in vain.
