Psystar's order page lists Snow Leopard as a $69.99 optional upgrade from the default Mac OS X 10.5, It's $29.99 from Apple / Amazon / MaMall, etc. But without the iLife stuff.

This is a reason why I don’t like a lawsuit.
If you buy a Mac, it works. Apple tells you exactly what machines the new OS works on, and it’s 100% supported. Apparently not quite so with Psystar, which although they apparently give a cheaper price, they also give a much worse experience to the consumer.
Let the market get rid of these guys.

From the experience of some of my friends, you upgrade to Snow Leopard on your real Mac at your own peril. The comment was, “That’s what I get for upgrading to an x.0 release.”

Psystar is not waiting for the results of its lawsuit for permission to sell Snow Leopard, PING! in addition they are also selling iWork'09 and iLife'09 without authorization.

[Psystar] warned existing customers not to try upgrading their generic Intel-based computers to Snow Leopard on their own. Doing so, said Psystar "may cause harm to your computer." Buy a cheap kludge, live with the cheap kludge consequences...

The Snow Leopard upgrade, however, also includes a copy of Apple's iLife and iWork creative and productivity suites. Can I buy that upgrade alone from Psystar? That sounds like the $170 box set for only $70. I'll take it if I don't have to buy their crappy hardware along with it.
