What concerns me most about this case is the fact that there are only two children to be found in almost 19 years of continual rape. I hope, that there weren't other pregnancies that may have ended in another, more sinister way, assuming that this sicko didn't have any use for young boys at his disposal.

It just seems unlikely that given this victim had absolutely no access to a doctor, she only would have found herself pregnant twice in 19 years. I hope that "bone fragment" isn't what I fear it might be.
