I think justice would be better served if so-called 'Sheriff' Rupf was taken behind a building and literally beaten up, locked in a cage for ten years, and forced to have sex with a perverted old man. Then I might believe he actually felt some genuine sorrow over this.
Actually the fault lays on the Parole officer who did not bother to go in the back yard and do a search even so he was notified that children lived ther
