These extraordinary pictures are the first glimpse inside the squalid back garden compound where Jaycee Lee Dugard was kept captive for 18 years. A hand-painted 'Welcome' sign leads the way to a rundown world of tattered tents and outbuildings amid overgrown trees and bushes.The first words Jaycee said to her mother when the pair were tearfully reunited were: 'Hi Mom, I have babies,' it has emerged.

The 29-year-old's stepfather also claims that she had developed a powerful emotional bond with her abductor, Phillip Garrido.

From what I can gather, he is a religious fanatic.

A neighbour said he saw men lining up in Garrido's garden, before entering the tents 'one by one'. Mike Rogers, 49, told the newspaper that he once peered through the garden fence during an 'excessively loud' party next door.

'What I saw was not normal,' he said. 'Eight to 10 men, mostly Mexican, would gather in a line in his garden drinking beer, yelling and screaming and swearing.

'They normally had a bonfire and I saw them entering the tent one by one. On a number of occasions I saw them bobbing up and down through the window and I thought, 'My God, there is something sexual going on in there'."

So my question is WHEN did he see this all take place? And it wasn't just ONCE the neighbor saw them from his own testiment.

And so it would appear that it's possible this Monster didn't father her two children. A DNA test should be done.

He was caught because a cop on some campus became suspicous when the perv was handing out religious tracts. "He is a religious nut who was trying to start his own church.

Scientologists hand out 'religious tracts' as well. But it has nothing to do at all with the God of Abraham and any of Jewish-Christian scripture.
It fact why they refer to their club houses as "churches" doesn't make any sense either. Jews don't call their synagogues "churches", Muslims call their places of worship "Mosks', Buddhists call theirs "temples", as do Hindus.

So I'd say this guy was trying to start his own cult, not a church.

Nonsense aside, I made the statement that this guy most definately wasn't an orthodox, biblical Christian in any sense of the word. You then asked me if I doubted that he was a "religious nut", which seems to imply that you mentally associate "Christian" with "religious nut."

If this is not the case, then just say so. If this is the case, then you obviously forgot to take your smart pills this morning.

Again, this is media leading the reader to think he was some kind of Christian, which clearly he isn't. "He saw himself as the head of a religious cult, which he based on self published doctrine". would have been the proper way to word it.

To the modern British press, anyone who has any religious faith at all is a religious fanatic. Insanity is simply corroborating evidence to a British secularist. It galls me to see how Britain's people are complacent when there is a righteous God Who judges nations - usually by letting them be themselves.

Would that there be a revival of true saving faith in Britain. Would that there be raised new Wesleys, new Chestertons, new Newtons, new Booths, to save this distressed nation.

Actually, I think they were pretty neutral. Only pointing out what he claimed and putting church in ''s as to imply that it might NOT refer to a Christian church.

His own private one. Look around you. There are many religious nutcases in the world. Some go on to form cults and get others to drink the kool aid, while others practice their nutty religion in private.
