This is an old story.
Reincarnation is not Christian and isn’t possible.
Yup. “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” Heb. 9:27
My girlfriend had a strange thing happen with her son. He was about three and she walked into the room where her vanity was. Her son was apply makeup on himself like a pro (had never watched her do this in the past). She asked, “Justin, what are you doing?” He answered, “Doing my makeup like I did when I was a woman.” Creepy, huh?
He died a year later with a brain tumor.
Anything is possible, and I say that as a Christian.
“For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John. And if you are willing to accept it, he is the Elijah who was to come. He who has ears, let him hear.”
Thus saith the Lord.

Is the Resurrection not a form of reincarnation?
Demons can imitate things such as this. The purpose here is clear, to undermine this guy and his family’s faith. It’s what it always is, whatever particular weakenesses a person may have to be exploited.
It’s basically the primary reason NOT to ever get involved with anything that claims to talk to spirits, or spirits of the dead. There is no guarantee anyone can give you that it isn’t a demon imitating that person. That’s even why I would avoid those pet healers who claim they can talk to your pet and learn about what physical problems they have. While they can find things that are problems what they are talking to cannot be guaranteed to be the animal. They all ASSUME it’s the animal.
We all have been reincarnated. And we are reincarnated moment to moment as well, each successive thought we have is a form of rebirth.
But I do not expect to make any mileage here with that truth! LOL.
