If a blastocyst, which results after the fertilisation of the egg, is cleaved artificially, thus resulting in what would have been one individual, into two, three or more, when the individuals are allowed to develop fully, does that mean that the additional individuals created out of the originally single individual, have no souls?

No.

If they do, who put them there?

The same One who always makes our souls. God.
