What was all that talk about Pitt Bulls being genetically programed to be evil?
Well, I present this for everyone to debate and marvel over.
If you have an animal, dog, cat, or whatever ping list, you may consider pinging your list for this article.

Not guilty. The girl, not the dog.

...but Areté Real Estate, the company that owns Kelsey's apartment complex, insists pit bulls are a "vicious breed" and not allowed on the premises, reports the Courier-Journal. It's most likely the apartment complex insurance company that doesn't allow them on the property. Article said she also has a German Shepard, which is also on a bad-dog list but I don't know if they are in the same column.

Too bad she’s an Obama lover, according to her facebook public profile.

Sometimes it’s annoying. Almost all the cute girls are Obama supporters.

That’d be about a 30-second date for me. I just can’t tolerate stupid people, no matter how attractive. And I hate dogs, especially pit bulls.

Well. As they say...If you can't be an athlete, be a athletic supporter. Same logic applies.

Thanks for sharing. I understand the aprtment’s point of view, but I would be like the girl in the story. I hope she finds a place to stay and God bless her for rescuing this dog.

Obviously she has yet to meet a real man, when she does, she will see the light and the world will make sense to her finally.
A love story. But then so was Dracula.
So was Beauty and the Beast.
So was King Kong...
So was Ted and Joan.

That is the first thing I thought when I saw the picture, I actually thought the picture was for an add and not the girl in the story.

There are numerous stories of pitbulls that have been good family pets that one day snap and eat a child. It's not a chance I would take.

Well, I wouldn’t say this pitbull has done anything particularly laudable, but it is a sweet story of a girl’s love for her dog.
I hope she knows how to take care of Sunny properly; bullies require more work than other types.

Perhaps some PEOPLE are genetically programmed to be evil.
The Pits I’ve known and met have been sweet and gentle. The fact that this one gets along with her other dog . . . proof that this dog is not vicious.
Now catch the criminals who threw the dog off the bridge and throw them off the bridge to see if anyone from Joe’s will come to rescue them.

I'm at our local doggie park twice a day with my totally non-aggressive labradoddle. We have numerous pit bulls, dobermans, German Shepherds and other supposedly "vicious" dogs playing there.
We've had very few problems with aggressive dogs, and the funny thing is, some of the most aggressive have been black labs, and one standard poodle.
I think it's in both their breeding and their training that makes this possible.
