"Limbaugh Says American People Will Not Stand for Obama Authority to Seize Internet Control"

The sheeple won't stand for anything - they will just lie down and take it if the bribe is big enough.

Apparently the Dali Bama wants to have the same control over the net that his Chinese masters do.

Most, but not all.

Just like the American Revolution.

When you listen to Shaun Hannity or Glen Beck doing on the street interviews with the brain dead zombies I do wonder wether this country cares about anything.

This “take control of the Internet story” is ridiculous.

It’s equivalent to “take control of the [electric grid/interbank messaging/e-commerce/phone switches/water supply].”

Near-impossible technically, triply-impossible in the domestic *and* international political and social context.

No it isn’t.

People who understand it are laughing at the absurdity of this phoney non-issue.

Oh and did you actually read the bill? It has a provision for “licensing” network managers in it. You cannot run a network unless you are licensed by the government. You also must agree to follow “orders” and shut down you network when told too - fine and jail time for failing to.

What the heck are you talking about.

You can’t get away with propagating absurd conspiracy theories without presenting your facts.

So present your facts.

You need to open your eyes and ears and use the mind the Lord God of Israel has given you.
The heart of man is deceitful and desperately wicked and you have but to study the Obama administration and the Czars he appointed to understand we are at war with the democrat party communists and their rino allies in Congress.

Many DoD and some federal IT jobs already have mandated requirements for certain IT certifications, but they are not “licenses.” They are required industry-standard certifications that demonstrate a certain level of technical and management proficiency.

Lots of federal contracts require that the civilian contractor hire X number of personnel with X certifications and X number of years experience.

That’s pretty much standard practice.

But it ain’t “licensing.”

That is the most idiotic response imaginable.

You need to open your eyes and ears and mind to someone who has been doing IT for 20+ years.

Obama has selected the “czar” of his new Emergency Internet Management Agency. The acronym for the new agency is ENIMA. The person chosen is a Dr. Goebbels (photo below) who described the mission statement of the organization: “To purge any crap about der furh -- er – President Obama out of the internet by any and all necessary means.” Herr Doctor reminded the interviewer that failure to comply with the rules and regulations to be administered by ENIMA will be dealt with “most harshly because ve know ver you live.”

What “traffic patterns?”

What the hell are you talking about.

“Government computers” have been under attack for the last 30 years.

What concerns me is not the technical near-impossibility, but the very fact that the Occupier of the WH would direct his minions in Congress to craft such a directive in the first place. Whether a "trial balloon" or not, it indicates the end-game vision of this radical leftist.
