To the best of my knowledge, no such free software exists. Usually transcription software requires lots of processing power and a very clean input source. I suggest google at this point. You might try some search parameters such as “opensource” “audio transcription” “speech to text” and the like. Good luck.

There is a program called NaturallySpeaking that is supposed to work pretty well at voice to text.
