Could be, I suppose, but looks pretty dark to me. Even microfiche tends to lose contrast after forty+ years.
I’m calling sham, unless we can find info about attending physicians, etc.
Also seems to be pretty amateurish, considering what the guy is trying to present could turn out to be a document that starts CWII in America!
The attending physician was a doctor at that time but he is now deceased.
