I think one of the key components is going beyond modifying your eating. I used to be overweight but rather than moan about it like many in our country of fatties I went out and changed things. It wasn’t diet that kept the weight off it was exercise. I weigh less now than I did at 18 and have run several marathons and half marathons. Thanks to the work I put in I can eat all day long too and never fear gaining an ounce!
