Term limits obviously are needed for reps and senators. The system has been corrupted by career politicians on both sides of the aisle, so we need a way to limit at least some of the damage that these idiots inflict on this country. If the president is term-limited, there is no reason that members of Congress shouldn't be term limited, either. And while we're at it, maybe the Supreme Court justices should be limited, as well. But making this happen is another story, altogether. It will be fought tooth-and-nail by our out-of-touch overlords.

I recently saw my congressman at a local establishment. During our conversation I mentioned this very idea to him- noting that until we get term limits for congressmen and senators, there was no hope of reestablishing any type of honesty in our government.
He just laughed at me and said "it's never going to happen".
Boy I'd love to make that azzhole eat those words.

If elections don't work, the problem is too great for term limits to resolve.
