Dear Ms. *******:
Thank you very much for your communication about our decision regarding advertising on the Glenn Beck show.
Our position is simple and was not driven by taking sides in any political debate. We support free speech of all kinds, and vigorous debate, especially around policy issues that affect millions of Americans. But we expect the speech and the debate to be informed, inclusive and respectful, in keeping with our companys core values and commitment to diversity. In our view, Mr. Beck crossed the line.
While advertising on the Fox network is part of our communication plan, we had not requested time on Glenn Becks show specifically. We have instructed our advertising agency to inform Fox to ensure Glenn Becks program is not part of our advertising plan.
Were sorry you are unhappy about our decision. Nonetheless, we must continue to be true to our core values accountability, respect, integrity, openness and teamwork.
Thank you again for your email.
Sincerely,
Amanda

I’d like to know just who Amanda voted for. Hmmmm....any guesses?
Dear CVS,
And we’re sorry you’re unable to see the racism in the President’s auto-biobraphy, or it’s reflection in his policies.
In my view, you guys have never even seen the show or heard of Beck until now.
Nice how the administration's lapdoggies can make someone radioactive with just a word, and everyone believes it, without seeing or hearing the facts. Is it because they are scared sh*tless of this administration or they are just eager to think the worst of anyone who might see that the emperor has no clothes? What a wonderful world we now find ourselves in!
What the heck does diversity have to do with anything? Gah, I hate that word.
I guess to CVS doesn't think any talk show host on MSNBC or CNN has ever crossed the line when they spoke about President Bush?
So MSNBC calling Americans racist, terrorists and tea baggers is also not OK, so you going to withdraw advertising from MSNBC? Right?
Are we going to start a write-in campaign to CVS to tell them they are hypocritical withn this claim to a core value of “openess” when Obama has masked eveythnig about his personal past through lies, contradictions, deletions or obsfucation?
We could make a mark here you now.
Now that CVS has gone on the corporate ‘record’ touting their requirement for ‘openess’...let’s force the point by telling them they either uphold that “value” across the board (meaning including Obama) , or we will be boycotting their retail outlets.
This is an impactful avenue, folks.
What’s Miss Amanda’s email address?
I use Walgreens and will continue to use Walgreens both as a consumer and MD.
If Glenn Beck crossed the line, then what about Keith Oberman and the rest of them.
I think there’s enough written in Obama’s autobios to surmise that he is indeed a racist.
In MY view, CVS just crossed the line. Goodbye.
If I wanted to wait for hours for a prescription and another 30 minutes for a cashier to show up at a register, I would back the federal government getting in to the pharmacy business as well as health care...
Or shop CVS...
The return email address came through as the general comments email. How convenient for her.
They need to read Obama’s books...
This is from “Audacity of Hope”;
“There were enough of us on campus to constitute a tribe, and when it came to hanging out many of us chose to function like a tribe, staying close together, traveling in packs,” he wrote. “It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.”
From “Dreams”;
“The emotion between the races could never be pure, Even love was tarnished by the desire to find in the other some element that was missing in ourselves. Whether we sought out our demons or salvation, the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart.”
“There was something about him that made me wary, Obama wrote. “A little too sure of himself, maybe. And white”
If I had ever done business with their pos leftist company... I would never do business with them again... but the best I can do is never to walk into one of their outlets... ever!
LLS
It’s unfortunate that I never patronize CVS anyway, or I’d boycot them.
Shame.
