I’ve seen some shop keepers in bad areas of Cleveland Oh open carry years ago.
I thifnk they were going for the deterrent effect.
I was at the range last weekend and I saw a girl there with a pink .22 I think it was a Sig Mosquito.

Sounds like a good plan for a merchant in a bad area. All the personnel working in gun and ammo shops here, open-carry, inside their establishment or immediately outside.

Israel’s an entirely different story.Nobody other than soldiers,police and Secret Service should be allowed to be armed when in the vicinity (and,yes,”in the vicinity” needs to be defined) of the POTUS.Including one as repugnant and despicable as the current one.
I wouldn't call this guy "one of Obama's own". He seems like a nice guy who can have a friendly rational conversation. And no, I'm not having a Joe Biden "articulate" moment, my point is that he sounds like an intelligent guy, so he's probably a Republican or conservative Democrat never voted for O in the first place.
