Homosexuals have been in every military since we lived in caves. I knew several during my time in the service, both male and (many more) female. None of the services train females for combat to the degree they do males, and I don’t see that changing in the near future. Remember the young female soldier that was taken captive early in the Iraq war? She couldn’t remember how to operate her M-16 rifle during the firefight. We had plans to evacuate our female soldiers from Korea in case of attack, which would have, of course, left us short-handed in an emergency. If they think that plan is working, they’d best re-think it.
I don’t think that is an argument. Who knows about what was going on in caves. :-) It is one thing to know homosexuals it is another to allow the celebration of the lifestyle in the military. I know of several cases of male rape have occurred and gay activism is incompatible with the military. Also homosexuality is a disease ridden lifestyle and open homosexuality is a distraction from the goals of the military.
I do believe my basic assertion is true. The left has been trying to soften the military through forced social programs and they do want to re-educate our soldiers not just on the two issues I mentioned buy down the line.
They have been brainwashing the public for decades the military is the one place they have yet to conquer.
As I understand it, Jessica Lynch and her team failed to properly maintain their weapons before the incident. Their weapons jammed and were useless.
A lot of that has changed, because of the Jessica Lynch thing and from the various “soft skills” jobs seeing more combat in some cases than a lot of line units. Warrior tasks and drills are trained far more intensely than ever before. A lot of Infantry NCOs were farmed out to places like Jackson and Sill in order to train the trainers on Infantry tactics.
I’m not saying the chicks are as good as the line guys, but they’re a LOT more prepared than Lynch and her ilk were.
I know some female soldiers who might surprise you.
They are hard working, train on their own, and would fight to the death.

Maybe so, but I can assure you that I never knowingly met one, and I served in both the Army and Navy. Strange what we can be led to accept.

Females go to jump school, sniper school, survival schools, etc. They are in the training programs, even if they don’t perform to the level of their male counterparts.
That sure is a strange thing to say. No proof of the first statement (only assumptions), and in my 16 years in the Military (Army-combat arms), I never knew one homosexual. Either you are a magnet or there is an interior decorating unit I am not aware of. Very strange.
No doubt homos have infiltrated many organizations, but very few males ever would admit and I knew the few that did got the H beat out of them if they looked sideways at a normal man.
Agreed. And without prejudice. If a woman wants to be part of the butchers bill she is welcome. But a woman who can function in combat is the very rare exception, not the rule.
And those that can function are so hateful ( PERMANENT HATE ON) its hard to get them to follow orders.
