Shark jumps onto fisherman's boat (5 1/2 ft bull shark)

After a day of spear fishing and lobster diving, a group of boaters got the scare of a lifetime when a shark jumped into their boat.
Michael Powers and his friends were on-board a 21 foot boat Saturday, when a shark decided to pay them an unannounced visit. "One minute it was in the air, the next minute it was in the boat just beating everything in God's creation," Micheal recalled. "It hit one of the crew members. It hit Patricia, then it went between Paul's legs and my legs in the back. We're all scattering for cover trying to get up on the deck and out of anywhere we could, just to be safe," Michael said.

Bull shark? Sure it wasn’t a spinner shark? We have spinner sharks here and they leap out of the water on occasion.

Bull shark? Sure it wasn’t a spinner shark?That's it! I couldn't remember the name of the slender shark species that's known for leaping from the water. It does indeed look like a Spinner. I've never seen one personally, but from the pictures that I've seen that seems to fit.

Happens to me all the time with Redfish and Speckled Trout... word gets out in the fish world that I am fishing and they just flat surrender.
In these tough economic times it really helps, I just rent my Mojo and boat to those poor guys that still rely on a hook and line.
