If it WAS meant for the "Knock-Knock Obama BC Joke" 'toon I posted in post #2, and your REPLY to it consisted of the following:

“Several courts have sided with the Hawaii Health Department’s position that birth records must be protected as private.”

"Yet another one Newsmax got wrong. The Courts dismissed suits on standing, and the Courts are NOT standing on the side of Hawaii’s laws."

...then you might need to further explain your reply to me so I can at least TRY to understand it's "meaning".

I was reacting directly to the story in NewsMax when they said, “Several courts have sided with the Hawaii Health Department’s position that birth records must be protected as private.”

And I replied that the courts’ decisions’ had nothing to do with Hawaii’s Vital Records laws.”
