MY LETTER TO THE WHITEHOUSE AND OBAMA ABOUT FREE SPEECH

Sides are being drawn. The President has come out and urged his supporters to "turn us in" if we speak out against this monstrosity health bill, while at the same time telling them to take to the streets in support of the Health Plan monstrisity.

So be it.

This is getting to a stage where we have to stand up straight. We're not like the Jews in Germany and Poland, we're not like the Russian farmers or Chinese peasants.

We know our rights, we will not be cowed into submission, and are willing to fight and die for those rights if necessary...and we are armed.

I love this country, I love the constitution and the rule of law based on it...but this is the opposite of all of that and is the fast road to tyranny unless we stand and stop it.

So, what I will do now is speak up all the louder, redouble my efforts, and challenge them straight to their marxist faces.

If they want to curtail my free speech, they are going to have to literally fight me over it.

The Brownshirts are being mobilized!

Violence will ensue.

What was it that was said at Concord?

There's been several threads already posted on this. They want ACORN/Union thugs to show up and intimidate protesters.

Alternately, they want their people to show up early enough that they take all the seats.

Technology may have outstripped government-controlled media and government-school propaganda, allowing America's ordinary citizens--"We, the People"--using common sense and technology, to figure out that their freedom and liberty are threatened. That's what the so-called Tea Parties are demonstrating. By doing so, those who wish to enslave us through accumulating all power in Washington are meeting strong and unexpected resistance to their massive power grab. This is what the Founders intended when they structured a government (Constitution) for a free people. It required a vigilant and informed electorate.

The following essay, reprinted with permission, is from a 1987 book entitled, "Our Ageless Constitution."

An Enlightened, Committed People Who Understand The Principles Of Our Constitution

- The Most Effective Means Of Preserving Liberty

"Although all men are born free, slavery has been the general lot of the human race. Ignorant - they have been cheated; asleep - they have been surprised; divided - the yoke has been forced upon them. But what is the lesson? ...the people ought to be enlightened, to be awakened, to be united, that after establishing a government they should watch over it.... It is universally admitted that a well-instructed people alone can be permanently free." James Madison

America's Constitution is the means by which knowledgeable and free people, capable of self-government, can bind and control their elected representatives in government. In order to remain free, the Founders said, the people themselves must clearly understand the ideas and principles upon which their Constitutional government is based. Through such understanding, they will be able to prevent those in power from eroding their Constitutional protections.

The Founders established schools and seminaries for the distinct purpose of instilling in youth the lessons of history and the ideas of liberty. And, in their day, they were successful. Tocqueville, eminent French jurist, traveled America and in his 1830's work, DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA, wrote:

".every citizen ... is taught . the doctrines and the evidences of his religion, the history of his country, and the leading features of its Constitution ... it is extremely rare to find a man imperfectly acquainted with all these things, and a person wholly ignorant of them is a sort of phenomenon."

On the frontier, he noted that "...no sort of comparison can be drawn between the pioneer and the dwelling that shelters him.... He wears the dress and speaks the language of the cities; he is acquainted with the past, curious about the future, and ready for argument about the present.... I do not think that so much intellectual activity exists in the most enlightened and populous districts of France' " He continued, "It cannot be doubted that in the United States the instruction of the people powerfully contributes to the support of the democratic republic; and such must always be the case...where the instruction which enlightens the understanding is not separated from the moral education.."

Possessing a clear understanding of the failure of previous civilizations to achieve and sustain freedom for individuals, our forefathers discovered some timeless truths about human nature, the struggle for individual liberty, the human tendency toward abuse of power, and the means for curbing that tendency through Constitutional self-government. Jefferson's Bill For The More General Diffusion Of Knowledge For Virginia declared:

"...experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms (of government), those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny; and it is believed that the most effectual means of preventing this would be, to illuminate...the minds of the people...to give them knowledge of those facts, which history exhibiteth. History, by apprizing them of the past, will enable them to judge of the future...it will qualify them judges of the actions and designs of men; it will enable them to know ambition under every disguise it may assume; and knowing it, to defeat its views.."

Education was not perceived by the Founders to be a mere process for teaching basic skills. It was much, much more. Education included the very process by which the people of America would understand and be able to preserve their liberty and secure their Creator-endowed rights. Understanding the nature and origin of their rights and the means of preserving them, the people would be capable of self government, for they would recognize any threats to liberty and "nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud." (Adams)

It’s absolutely crazy that they step outside of their protective bubble for just a second and can’t handle the results. They expose themselves directly to the voters and get creamed publicly over and over on their own supposed legislation. Exposed for being moron little tyrants. It was the clarity of their disdain that they fear so much.

This makes me REALLY start to question the legitimacy of our election process.

We should email this to flag@whitehouse.gov

Didn’t they ask concerned citizens to report this type of behavior?

Zero may want to re-think his plan to send ACORN and Moveon brownshirts to be in actual physical proximity to Americans. It could get ugly.

Meyer - you question of, ‘What do you mean by slamming?’.
Is because of the lines in the article that flat out accuses those against the bill as being paid to protest or trying to deceive.

Lines in letter:
‘There are those who profit from the status quo, or see this debate as > a political game, and they will stop at nothing to block reform. > They are filling the airwaves and the internet with outrageous > falsehoods to scare people into opposing change’

If we wanted really was trying to be sneaky about anything, we would ‘sign up’ on their protest list - then turn up to let our REAL concerns be known.
Hmm, not a bad idea~*.
Except then they would certainly just count our numbers then as being FOR the bill!!!

Let me re-state that,

Not namely just ‘paid to protest’, but says benefiting financially by the ‘status quo’. Which is certainly slamming our sincere concerns as citizens and implying a pay-off of some type.

When Bush went into Iraq and there were anti-war marches and protests that he never dismissed them as a left wing conspiracy and called for pro-war supporters to speak out and hush the oposition. He voiced his conviction and reiterated the goal of the mission and seemed to acknowledge and respect the fact that there were a number of Americans who disagreed. Obama and his administration apparently have no intention of showing the same such grace to American citizens exercising their right to voice their opinion to their elected officials.

When this “health care for all” crap passes, right now the legislation states that it will be illegal to sell private policies over the date of passage. It also says that HSA’s will no longer be allowed. That means that my current policy will no longer be allowed and neither I nor my employer will be allowed to privately purchase an alternative.

I will not accept the “public option” that I will be dictated to join. I will not give the government control over my physical body. I will not pay their fines, I will not surrender to the impending warrant for my arrest. When they knock on my door, I will not answer. When they kick it in, I will make the news.

How’s that for unification, libtards? You loons are currently legislating my death. I will chose the terms and I will bring as many of you along as possible!

LOL They really must be scared of real Americans to call out for REAL Astroturf? Sorry Obozo, most of your supporters who did this in 2008 are busy getting the kids or themselves back to school and since they already got what they wanted I seriously doubt many will pick up the call. Besides it is August and the beach is open and their are home for another week partying with friends.
