You say that Orly’s actions will cause the records you desire to be placed under seal. They are not yet under seal. Are they? What makes you think that they will be under seal any time soon? Why can’t you submit your records request now?
Take note of post 211. We feel very strongly about that and personal attacks. I hit “Abuse” on posts that cross the line. Regularly. Can YOU live with it?
MissT, I for one think FR ought to welcome useful alliances with others (i.e., Hillary supporters who agree that something’s not quite right about BHO). In return, I think that those others just need to make sure they respect the mores of FR. There are some things about the FR statement of purpose that I am a tad ambivalent about, but I figure posting here means not making an issue of those things. I also avoid flaming. Also, I think posting things that are provocative or over-the-top just to “get it out there so we can discuss it” is poor policy. But be that as it may, I would regret seeing you have to leave FR. (I’m sorry some of us are a little quick to call “troll.” The stress lately about the BC stuff has been intense.)

I think you were spouting several viewpoints last week which also were not well thought out or through.
Wasn’t one of them the act of 1790 which was repealed in 1795? You were also trying to argue case law but had no offers of your own.
