You say that Orly’s actions will cause the records you desire to be placed under seal. They are not yet under seal. Are they? What makes you think that they will be under seal any time soon? Why can’t you submit your records request now?
I did submit. But they haven’t acknowledged it and they have 10 days.
Evidence for court, concerning vital records, is placed under seal during litigation.
I hope to get my request through in case they do go under seal, but I regret giving the impression that Orly may not have very noble intentions, indeed.
