Now, obviously anybody can write anything on the Internet, but the comments are interesting.
The one verifiable fact is that there is an M M Shah school in Kisumu.
The founding fathers specified the “Natural Born” Citizen requirement for the office of President for a reason. They fully understood the political intrigue of Europe and especially England as a threat to a free nation.

It's also perfectly reasonable name --- and other people who lived in Kenya have had it, including one Edward Lavendar who was buried in 1955 in Nairobi's City Park Cemetery: http://www.eamemorials.co.uk/EAMemorials/KENYA/Nairobi%20City%20Park%20Cemetery/CityPark1171.htm
Kenya is not anything close to a ‘Muslim’ country. According to Wikipedia (I know...), it’s about 80% Christian (Protestant / Catholic).
“FREE THE LONG FORM!”
Is this “realkenyan” a member of FR or did these comments come from another site ? Can’t tell if he is ‘proud’ of Obama (as he stated) or if he might be willing to cooperate by submitting his birth cert to this site or Orly. That is, assuming he is a real person. Who knows anymore ? Anyway, thanks for the post !
And thank you, markomalley, for staying on top of this issue.
In 1961 Kenya had a British administration...
1. Muslim days of the week would not have been recognized
2. Britian and British colonies were Christian and Church of England if that matters...
3. “Christian name” was common on British documents...my own “British” birth certificate notes “Christian or first names” Names were “Christian” and “surname”
4. Kenya was a Republic in 1964 when that document was issued...
The real issue is that regardless of where Obama was born, he was a British citizen at birth through his father as his citizenship was governed under the British Nationality Act of 1948. He admitted as much on his official Fight the Smears website. The question, to paraphrase from Leo Donofrio, Esq., is this: How can a natural born United States citizen be governed at birth by British/foreign citizenship law?
I get a 404 error?
