A couple of years back Me and the DW were having an appetizer at the Disneyland hotel. A small personal flatbread pizza with red sauce, gruyere cheese,gourmet bacon and... wait for it, lightly drizzled with dark, unsweetened chocolate. You woulda thought "no way does this taste good". It didn't, it tasted GREAT!! Go figure.

I’m sure it was terrific. Hispanic cooking uses a lot of chocolate. Dope that I am, I married a Swede, LOL!
However, he WAS a professional chef for many years and makes an awesome mole (mo-lay) sauce, so he has a FEW redeeming qualities. :)
