Good question. I suppose we’d have a Constitutional crisis along with riots in Chicago, LA, Detroit, Cleveland....

Biden, at least temporarily, I understand. The house may have to choose the next President.

He’ll never be deposed. The Rat congress will pass an amendment to allow foreign borns to be prez, then we’ll get Arnold. And we all know how well he’s done in the People’s Republic of Kalifornia.

You are making a lot of suppositions and Lord only knows if any will come to pass.
Btw, there are probably a dozen threads that you could have taken this up on. I've seen it on a few of them.

Long answer: Constitutional crisis that the historians and scholars and lawyers will sort out.
Short answer: Biden.

Hypo. If he is an illegal alien: Deportion, repayment of past Fed. salaries, etc.

A certain Constitutional crisis though.

The stupid and crazy Joe Biden would be president. Bam Bam left us with this choice. Who else would pick a loon for VP?

Methinks an ‘emergency’ constitutional vote by Congress. Either way......I think we are in for some form of ‘civil disturbance’. That’s just a gut feeling I’ve had for months.....even before the election.

I remember seeing someone here who commented that the various militias have stopped ‘chatter’ and ‘may have gone underground’. This is deeply worrying to me. JMO.

I believe that since Obama was sworn-in, only the Senate could remove him after he is impeached by the House of Representatives. I wouldn't hold my breath.

If that were to happen...Joe Biden would be immediately sworn-in and he then appoints a VP that must be confirmed by the Senate.

Don't get your hopes up, but I think Hillary would somehow manage to have Biden declared incompetent and Pelosi would be an indicted co-conspirator with 0bama, which would make her the president.

It should default to McCain, the legal candidate.

Biden will be acting president. Whether the next candidate for president who got the most electoral votes is, is going to be a massive fight between the dems and republicans and the supreme court will once again get involved.

Continue to press for your senators to vote against Soto La Raza (Sotomayor).

The only remedy we know of is in the Constitution - impeachment and removal from office. The dem congress would never do that so the whole thread is moot. Even so we should pursue the truth regardless of the outcome.

Even if it is somehow proved he is foreign born, therefore, not eligible to be President, he still is unfortunately President...

Articles of impeachment would have to be brought up in the House...

...and he would be "tried" in the Senate...

...only then could he be removed, therefore transferring power to Joe "We're All Going to Die" Biden (would we really want THAT to happen?)

The chances of impeachment against Obama? With the D's in control of BOTH chambers?

Does anyone seriously think it's worth all this focus for something that clearly won't happen?

There is a system in place for orderly transition. If and when the time comes, it would most likely be with the agreement of both parties.

We shouldn’t forget that the 2010 elections are coming, and we need to work on putting more conservative representatives in office, close state primaries for Republicans only, and enact term limits across the board.

The Democratic Ticket was invalid right out the gate. Both Obama & Biden were on that ticket, so in essence, the DNC never ran a legitimate Presidential race...their entry was ineligible and therefore never legally existed. McCain & Palin were the legitimate winners.

Idiotic question. The chain of succession is defined in the Constitution. Biden is the next in line.
