I don't see how it could be Biden. I'd want his backside thrown out too. The only reason he's where he is would be due to the fraudulent actions of obama. I don't see how the courts/Congress/anyone could let Biden "profit" from that.

If (when, I hope and pray) obama is thrown out and sent to prison, I want a special election called. The good people of the United State's have had a taste, just a taste of radical, far-left leadership in the House, Senate, and White House. I think a special election would be very good for conservatives. Of course, that means the socialist controlled Congress will never go for it.
