It’s not how much you can do, but who you know these days that counts. You have to have basics to qualify for the job, but getting your foot in the door takes some connections. Internet Applications is pretty much a bust unless your connection tells you to do it.

He has drawn state unemployment insurance benefits since shortly after losing his job, and his last weekly extended unemployment insurance benefit check for $191 came in the mail Friday.Something tells me he will find a job very soon.

As a guy who just found work after two months of looking, I can sympathize with the guy. As a guy that required two months to find work, partly because of the Barney Franks of the world that this guy put into office, and what the Barney Franks of the world did to the economy, I can’t sympathize with the guy.
