Interesting item to note:
There have been no Atlantic hurricanes thus far for 2009. What does Al Gore have to say about that?

So the fact that there are no hurricanes this year just proves that the climate is changing. Profound and well stated. Thank you.

“Three”????
What does that look like? (please no pics!) Does he get two cracks with that? extra wide pants too? lol

Where has that idiot been lately anyway? Wait until the snows smack the mid-atlantic and seaboard states this winter. I hope Mayor Daley deals with the streets better than his kin-folk.

We've been having afternoon thunderstorms every day throughout the summer here on the east coast of Florida.
It's been my unscientific observation that the years we have normal afternoon storms are the years we have few hurricanes.
And in the years we don't have afternoon storms are the years we get a lot.
As I said, this is purely my unscientific observation. Or I could have just dreamed it.

Interesting observation. May well be too late, but perhaps you might want to capture and tabulate that data.

Where has that idiot been lately anyway? Oh please, don't even ask. He's out of the public eye, and that's good enough. Long may it continue.

Very true but the chart only proves no hurricanes during July is not an anomaly considering the average is only .5 for the month.

Heh - I think a group of FReepers-in-disguise got him into a game of Freeze Tag, and now nobody will "un-freeze" him... :-)
BTW, last I heard, central Indiana was on track to logging the coldest July on record EVER!

Three! Hehehe - I was just playing off the headline, which played off this:

Even though I have an Alaska background, I have never witnessed a cooler summer in TN. I have been here over 40 years. (minus the military running around) :^)
To: LibFreeOrDie
Thanks. got it. Still, though, no trop storms or hurricanes since the season started for 2009. Again unless I’m mistaken

The Warm-Mongers get the moonbats from Seattle and lose the moonbats from Chicago and New York. Works for me.

"the military running around"
