What is going on here? Either the political research department at CNN is a complete joke or the Hawaiian Dept of Health has been changing its story.
We know from a document posted on June 10, 2009 on the Department of Hawaiian Homelands website that, up until very recently, either the original paper Certificates of Live Birth and/or scanned images of those paper certificates were maintained by the Dept of Health, and copies of them were provided to confirm claims of Hawaiian ancestry. But if in June 2009 the Department of Hawaiian Homelands has decided that it will no longer require the original Certificate of Live Birth as proof for special privileges and the Department of Health spokesman says firmly that they will no longer provide copies of these original certificates, is it possible that, in the midst of the controversy over where Barack Obama was born, the Hawaiian state govt has destroyed the original paper certificate of live birth? This seems almost incredible to me, but the authorities have been so deceptive and evasive on this issue, that it cannot be dismissed as impossible.
Per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born American citizen to serve as President. Barack Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen. The law that applied during the time of Obama’s birth (in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986) stated- “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” We know that Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen (a British Colony) and his mother just 18 at Obama’s birth...” (thus, she would had to have been aged 21 in order for Obama to be eligible). John A. Bingham, primary framer, 14th Amendment, states- “Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” Obama himself has stated that he is the son of a Kenyan- Kenya being a foreign sovereignty. Thus, Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were actually born in Hawaii.
Aside from that, I believe that Obama was born in Kenya.

Factcheck and KOS posted Images of a faked CoLB for Barry --his campaign website also featured this fraudulent exhibit.
Shortly thereafter mysterious microfiche images of an erroneous birth notice with fraudulent address for the 'Obamas' appeared on an Internet blog page; conspicuously absent were the Nordyke twins born within hours after Barry was supposedly born in the same hoslpital.
What the factcheck servants to Obama asserted later as the actual birth certificate they handled and photographed could actually have been just such a thing as non-Hawaiian children could have been issued in 1961.
Impossibility of performance.
Hey everybody;
Let’s E-Mail CNN and ask them to explain these conflicting reports- Obama’s destroyed birth certificate or one being in storage. Thank them for reporting the news in an honest, unbiased manner.

I agree! Obama has spent over a million dollars in legal fees to keep his original birth certificate hidden. That speaks for itself.

Exactly. This issue isn’t going away. I despise BHO, but I’m also a little scared. A major constitutional crisis is looming, bigger than the Clinton years.
The answer is option 2, but don’t tell the Obamabots that.
It drives them bonkers.
Our Constitution must be enforced. The Department of Justice should be all over this (if they are not already).

Option BC2 fully explains how his BC is serailized with a dept of health sequential number that is after numbers of children that were born on dates after Aug 4th. Ann Called her mother in Hawaii and told her that Obama was born in Kenya. The grandmother then went to the registrar and registered the birth.
Bottom line.... Start soliciting for a huge cash donation that will be given to the Kapiolani Hospital Childrens Ward in the name of the Doctor that brought Obama into the world.
If the donation is large enough it will get media attention and no politician will be able to stand the scrutiny of the denying sick children hospital ward upgrades from charity by witholding such trivial information as the name of the Doctor that birthed them.
This is the line of attack that should be employed. Obama and the WH are on the record as stating that He was born in Kapiolani Medical center they will have a hard time backtracking to saying that he was born at home by a midwife when that should easily have been made public during the campaign.
