I am a birther by nature of being a skeptical person and having seen so many lies over the decades. I want all of his records open for what they may reveal about his life and claims in his books.

I have always wondered, why would Hawaii have on file a birth certificate which is not for the state of Hawaii? Do they file birth certificates from other countries?

Can I refer you to my post of last night which surveys the legal situation and I’m afraid is quite pessimistic about the options in court. Further, with this new revelation from Doctor Fukino, coming as it does on the heels of a revised YouTube telephone conversation with Obama’s grandmother which recants any allegation that she saw him born in Kenya, there is very little affirmative evidence that Obama was not born in Hawaii. The absence of such proof means that the entire argument hangs on the contents of the underlying birth certificate. Doctor Fukino has just struck a blow at that thin reed.
