Can I refer you to my post of last night which surveys the legal situation and I’m afraid is quite pessimistic about the options in court. Further, with this new revelation from Doctor Fukino, coming as it does on the heels of a revised YouTube telephone conversation with Obama’s grandmother which recants any allegation that she saw him born in Kenya, there is very little affirmative evidence that Obama was not born in Hawaii. The absence of such proof means that the entire argument hangs on the contents of the underlying birth certificate. Doctor Fukino has just struck a blow at that thin reed.

I read that last night and was impressed by some of it. That's why I posed to you.

It looks like we're down to a request for info. Open the birth, school, and passport records for public scrutiny. That may not be sufficient in court. Don't know.
