Reporters (make that good reporters) cultivate "sources," people with jobs in certain areas of governmental responsibility who have access to all kinds of official records from whom they glean information you and I cannot.

It's what makes them good at their jobs (those who are good at their job, anyway). I don't pretend to know all of Farah's sources, but I do know that they are formidable just from his body of work.

Neither is it likely that there are NO conservatives working in INS who are very upset with Obama, and more than willing to anonymously release some info that might help sink his demented Ship of State.

Reporters (make that good reporters) cultivate "sources,"

Hi Gargantua,

The reason why we have not seem hardly any good, bad or even reporters is due to the fact, the overwhelming majority of them are not nor have they ever been in this line of work. They are Government Propagandists. These Government Propagandists reads their spoon fed "news" derived from the same source which explains the same terminology, story lines & headlines etc. A perfect example of propaganda which some may remember staring back in the sixties (maybe earlier), a person would give a speech and the "reporter" had to come on after wards to explain to us what we just heard.

Hopefully, the tidal wave is receding, there are a few reporters that are shining the truth out there. May they go forth & multiply.
