They do indeed have his wife stopped at a road block...he intended on using her as a human shield so she will probably not be allowed to pass for her own safety...which is the primary job of the Armed forces.
There are always road blocks in Honduras...these are just a little more intense than normal.
I had to go out just when things were revving up. I’m glad he seems to have gotten a glimmer of common sense (or plain old cowardice kicked in - I don’t think he wants to be a martyr for Hugo). I’m surprised that even Hillary Clinton seems to have gotten some common sense.
