If Obama really cared about the cost of America's healthcare he wouldn't have promised the trial lawyers he would oppose any and all tort reform.

But then if he really cared about the economy he would insist on eliminating Capital Gains Taxes for two years or forever.

Exactly correct. Best way to actually get reform is a two step process: 1) MAKE the COngress be the pilot program and 2) MANDATE tort reform

Do ya think Edwards will be able to sue the government health control bureau when the kill sombodys granny by denying care? Maybe the demwits are figgerin it out. They will have to have tort reform and the ambulance chasers won’t like it.

A U.S. Army Doctor checked his proficiency status to see if he would be in line for a promotion - Short 3 spinal taps - Well, guess what - next three patients got spinal taps!

Yep, more Government and more regulations will make it all better... /s
