By the time I got dressed and went out to see what the fuss was all about the crowd had disbursed and it was raining hard.

Apparently, it was some old duffer in his skivvies putting on a show. Some people have no sense of propriety.

Thankfully, the rain did not last very long and soon the weather gods seemed to be happy again and I took this pic.
