God's perfect plan was for young people to have children. When you mess with God's plan, you get a mess in return.

Pray for these unfortunate children.

I had babies at 23 and 26, and when the nest was empting out, we adopted 2 from China. We are now 51 and 50 with a 6 and 8 yr old still at home.

I was raised by foster grandparents - I was 2 when they took me - they were 60 and 62. I was in my 40’s by the time they passed away.

My 25 yr old daughter has a 4 yr old and 10 month old. She could be in a car accident tomorrow and I would outlive her.

There are no guarantees in this life.

That said, I do think trying to outwit God designed biology is arrogant and risky. If the desire for children is there, there are thousands in need of a home. Then plan for their future as if you won’t be there. Actually, do that no matter how old (or young) you are.
