Our blackbelt test included about 100 situps, 100 pushups, a mile of running and 50 serpentines. I’m not talking about any mcdojo fighters either. These are guys in peak physical condition, who are active 3-5 times a week for about 2-4 hours a day who could probably kick the ass of any pants sagging ghetto warrior just by shifting their weight slightly to one side. The only person that could do the tests in the school without falling apart looked like a 5’9” action figure. That’s how hard it is to get into the Marines.
