I copied the docket from PACER and put it
here. You will have to sign in/register though to make the hyperlinks work. But you will at least see the summaries.

Are you one of Obama’s public relations crew? I don’t believe a word of what you said.

Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits Please distribute everywhere. Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama. At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified Potus/cinc.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isnt Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

"At last count, at least 17 lawsuits had been filed in 17 different states questioning Barack Obama's status as an American citizen and his right to prop his feet up on the desk in the Oval Office."In the case of Republicans, Sarah Palin most recently, the mere existence of multiple complaints is evidence enough that something is wrong.
But then, that's Republicans, as far as those filling the jobs formerly held by journalists are concerned.

“at this point, I think Biden would be a better President than obama.”
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
I will restrain myself from saying that he couldn’t be any worse only because of all the people who told me that nobody could be any worse than Bush. My motto now is that you can always do worse.
I would bet though that Biden WOULD be better but as we say down South, “That ain’t sayin’ much”.

I want to see the LA Times story when it’s published.

Would Biden become President? If Barry was not eligible to take the office, was he eligible to run for the office? Would the presidency then fall to the highest non-Barry vote getter?

Yes, that was said. But Judge Carters comments about wanting to rule on the merits was in reference to the dismissal. Not that there will be a trial. He didnt want to dismiss a case when both parties were right in front of him. So he allowed Orly to properly serve the US Attorney. They now have 60 days to respond.
