It's a bubble year for Carpenter and Stanback. If they don't produce, they'll be gone.
TO being gone was partly about TO, but was also a message to the rest of the team. "If you don't shut up and take care of business, you're out of here, even if it is a big salary cap hit."
I don't see Romo being on as much of a hot seat as some do. Manning went 0-3 in the playoffs before he started winning. Part of the Dallas problem last year were the three games when Romo was gone. I don't think his hand was fully healed when he came back, either. He floated passes after he came back, and he didn't used to do that. Hopefully, he healed over the off season.
And this is T.O.'s fault.
