If you post photos to Facebook, Flicker, or any other free storage site, when you signed up you signed a creative commons license. This means the photos are in the public domain and may be used by anyone for any purpose. That's the reason I keep all my photos on my own server, and only post photos to Facebook that I do not mind being shared.
