The guy was most definitely asleep. And the cord from the purse was wrapped around his neck and the killer put themselves in a good position behind and probably above him so he couldn’t do anything to defend himself.
If it was a robbery no one would go through that amount of trouble.
The police find her story with holes. It looks bad for her.

Another story in this case stated that the guy was passed out drunk and that they had a very jealous relationship with each other.
There was a case where an American guy met a Brazilian woman. He was a youngish surfer type Calif guy who was good looking probably late 40’s. I never saw pics of her. The point is the guy probably could have met an attractive American woman.
Well he fell for her and went to Brazil to meet the family. She had a boyfriend back in brazil. They killed him then started sending letters to his brokerage firm with letters “signed” by him. Morgan Stanley thought the letters were written by a non-English speaking person.
The Brazilian police did get involved and they got a lucky break. The girl and her boyfriend were arrested and convicted.
He was a tenacious boxer and fought with courage.
Not sure if it's a coincidence or a new trend in our culture that is if this turns out to be true.
That’s a bad story. But those Brazilian women have the vibe.
It’s like a lot of them are pumping feminine molecules into the air.
