Pardon me for being graphic, but if he was lacking testicles, I've read that doctors can put in testicular implants to make it look more normal....and knowing MJ's history with plastic surgery, it wouldn't be surprising if he did something like that. (if the castration rumor is true)

The “leaked” autopsy report said he had testicle implants.
I believe the LA coroners office came out and said that SOME of the info in the “leaked” autopsy report was not true.

Someone on this site said he had a friend that worked for ABC during the 70s and that Michael was given female hormones (I might not remember the particulars of the post in an exact fashion except the hormone part of it)

There is also chemical castration.

I was in college when the rumor about the castration first appeared...studying the use of castrati singers during the middle age.

If you look up eunuch, there are several similar characteristic with Mjj appearance and life style.

My question has been,”.... if put in testicular implants to make it look more normal....” would the autopsy catch that.

OTOH it would give meaning to Liza Minelli’s comment that “All hell will break out” when the report is released.
