My brother in law claims Sotomayor should be approved because a president has a right to choose who he wants. This is a flavor of the week defense and he quickly claims to have felt that way when Bush and Reagan were president. It means nothing. If you point out that Democrats have fought every Republican choice for twenty five years they claim that Republicans deserve it for opposing Roe versus Wade.
The argument of the day always favors the liberal side and agenda.
