Jackson death may have been 'homicide', says police chief

The Los Angeles police chief has raised the prospect of a homicide charge over the death of Michael Jackson.

Homicide does not necessarily mean murder — it could mean a manslaughter charge against a doctor.

Jackson, 50, died last month in mysterious circumstances but is reported to have been taking a cocktail of drugs including the potent anaesthetic Diprivan, also known as propofol.

Los Angeles police are investigating Jackson’s prescription drug history and have subpoenaed medical records from doctors who treated him, including psychiatric records.

“We are still awaiting corroboration from the coroner’s office as to cause of death. That is going to be very dependent on the toxicology reports that are due to come back,” William Bratton, the city’s police commissioner, told the broadcaster CNN.

“And based on those, we will have an idea of what it is we are dealing with. Are we dealing with a homicide? Or are we dealing with accidental overdose?

Was there ever any doubt that Michael Jackson would die at some point for a cocktail of drugs, legal, perscription or otherwise? Or complications from plastic surgery?

You can only abuse your body so much for so long before it goes on strike. It is only a question of timing. Who doesn't know this?

'Oh good. Now the MSM can kick the story back into high gear."

I think that this is a legitimate story in Hollywood Industry rags, local LA area news and maybe even medical journals as it touches on a larger problem inside the medical community. But, if I hear the words "Michael Jackson" uttered on any other national news broadcast, I'm going to scream. They covered all the needed to cover with the first words they proclaimed on day one, "Michael Jackson has died." End of story.

You forgot that it should have been in small print on the back page!

I have tried to avoid this topic. It’s nearly impossible to do so. On Monday evening I accidently heard one news broadcast that stated Jackson would be buried in Forest Lawn two hours before his memorial service. The next morning I saw people speculating what would be done with the body after the memorial, and I told them what I had heard. He’s already buried at Forest Lawn.

Now we find he still hasn’t been planted.

This is one of the reasons why I have all but avoided the subject other than fewer instances and I have toes on one foot. None the less I still got taken in. Imagine how many times others who have been listening to the hype have been taken in.

Yikes...

First they have to prove that Jackson is.......... still dead.

So, if the black doctor hated pedophiles, would this be a hate crime?/////

Callers on Sharpton’s radio program on Thursday suggested that Palin’s resignation and Jackson’ death were no coincidence.

One caller said that she thought Palin was running for cover because the governor of Alaska was involved in a conspriracy to kill Jackson.

I am not kidding.

Either way when you have an addiction it is a disease and those doctors are professionals that needed to recognize this not aid michael. Rush limbaugh who we all love and respect had an addiction problem so it happens to the best of us, its just a matter of having good people around them to help them out or them getting caught...if somebody would have blown the whistle to police michael would be in rehab and alive.

IF anything, I think it was a suicide before homicide. I know how desperate you can get to get a good nights sleep.....(nothing too drastic for me...but I can sympathize!!)
