The truly asinine thing is that the Democrats consider you a share holder even though they hold all the votes. In their arrogance they are superior to you or I to select directors to assure good corporate governance. They know that since they are in power, the voters must be an ignorant lot and not to be trusted where money is involved
Sort of like the way Communist dictatorships are called People’s Republics, government schools are called public schools, and so on.
