Al Gore on Tuesday compared the battle against climate change with the struggle against the Nazis.
The former vice president said the world lacked the political will to act and invoked the spirit of Winston Churchill by encouraging leaders to unite their nations to fight climate change.
He also accused politicians around the world of exploiting ignorance about the dangers of global warming to avoid difficult decisions.
Speaking at Britain's Oxford University at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment, sponsored by the Times of London, Gore said, "Winston Churchill aroused this nation in heroic fashion to save civilization in World War II."

Conceding the “issue” of man made global warming opens to barn door to paying for a “problem” that does not exist and has no “solution”. It is strictly about resticting American production and performance in the global marketplace.
Take us down a peg or three.
This isn’t about dumping pollution into rivers, this is about man making the sun hotter or cooler (global climate change covers them no matter which way the wind blows). There is no “solution” because there will always be climate change (and our planet has incurred great temperature changes in heating and cooling cycles).
And school children are indoctrinated with the Big Lie from pre-school on up into college.
The same Academy that awarded Al Gore an Oscare honored Leni Reifenstahl at the time of her death.
The same Nobel committee that honored Al Gore with a Nobel Prize honored Yassir Arafat, terrorist.
The same Music and Recording Industry that honor Al Gore with a Grammy for the spoken word version of his book honored Al Franken with the same award for his political tomes.
The awards mean nothing. They are politically correct, not merit based.
Maybe YOUR republicans have a spine deficiency....

I was asking if it's time WE demanded an apology from the leftist wackos for calling us Nazis -- one of whom is 0 pushing his Cap and Tax global warming legislation.
