Space bump!
Tonight could be some very good viewing indeed. I should correct my original post, though. In NO case will it ever be visible for 15 minutes, I would estimate the longest time it might be visible to be about 4 1/2 minutes.
At 10:25 tonight, it is again flying almost directly over the Seattle area, and weather permitting I will be watching. Also, as an added bonus, a Russian spacecraft is getting close and will be docking, so with a little luck, should be able to see them both.
Overflys continue.
And now the moon is waning from full, so some good sightings will occur!
IF the shuttle gets off tomorrow, it is scheduled to rendezvous with ISS.
Might be an added bonus!
