So why does Time Warner continue to take up bandwith offering Music channels and channels no one watches like MSNBC?

MSNBC has the singular distinction of being continued due to being a particularly excellent tax write-off.

FYI: my local Wal-Mart does not offer the Blu-ray for $98.

It's possible that the ($98) Blu-Ray player is only at a few stores...?
