Anybody think AllahPundit from HotAir is Joe Scarborough?

AllahPundit on hotair.com is basically a nervous negative nelly. His pessimism is unrivaled and he obviously has an issue with Rush and Palin. His style is almost a lot like Joe Scarborough. Considering anonymous bloggers don't have any real identities it wouldn't surprise me if allahpundit was actually somebody like Joe. The whole same we have to moderate to get independents mantra crap

Me too. Allah has his squishy areas, for sure, and he bends over backwards to give the benefit of the doubt to the lefties when there's any possible wiggle room, but it's all worth it, to see his skilled takedowns when even he concedes that some lefty has engaged in unabashed foulness, and he brings his full rhetorical power to bear. He's a really talented writer, and often writes things that have me smiling in admiration or laughing out loud.

Allahpundit has been on HotAir.com far longer than Ed. The two have distinct writing styles. I visit the site daily and sometimes I’ll start reading an article without noticing who wrote it, but it doesn’t take long for me to recognize the writings style.

I really enjoy Allahpundit’s sarcasm and critical thought. Of course, I disagree with his atheistic stance, but I don’t hold it against him.

Brian is long gone. Never cared much for his writings. Ed was a good replacement. Ed spends more time on topics with good critical thought, but he doesn’t have the sense of humor Allahp does. I think they make a good balance and enjoy their writings.
