I don’t understand this line of thinking. You are saying that the address from the birth announcement is a fake, because the entire announcement is a fake? Playing devil’s advocate for a minute. Why would they make up an address for the birth announcement? The Dunhams had been in Honolulu for over a year, and they obviously had an address during this time. Why not use that address? I don’t see any benefit at all of creating a phony address.

” I don’t see any benefit at all of creating a phony address.”

Neither do I. What I am trying to make clear is the pathetic method used by factcheck to ‘validate’ the announcement, sent to two websites by anonymous posters - who maintain they received the ‘announcements’ from the library and forwarded the material to Texasdarlin and Atlas Shrugs BY E-MAIL!

No need to take my word for it, follow the links I provided, and go to factcheck where they NAME the Texasdarlin source. They call this ‘research’?

http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html

Scroll down and view the ‘birth announcement’ THEY ONLY SAW A SCANNED IMAGE OF! NO ONE HAS VALIDATED ANYTHING ORIGINAL!
