Each of these men during the worst times of their offices seem to have left America in a better stead than Obama’s 100 days in office. And the artist did an awesome job of portraying his fantasy of the presidents’ poker night with Lincoln.

Thanks for posting the quote, it’s so appropriate for today’s economic systems being shakened.

Each of these men during the worst times of their offices seem to have left America in a better stead than Obama’s 100 days in office.

That very thought stood foremost in my mind, when I first saw this painting tonight.

And, the fact that the artist chose to portray them all sharing a laugh over a game of poker makes the very concept of their collective greatness even more personal to me.
